1. Using FoodLemon
You must be at least 18 years old or using the Platform under the supervision of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to vendor availability and confirmation.
- Prices shown include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed before an order is prepared, except for cash-on-delivery orders.
- Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates based on preparation time, traffic, and weather conditions. FoodLemon is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are only possible before the vendor begins preparing your order. Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method or wallet within 5–10 business days.
5. Seller & Rider Partners
Vendors and riders must comply with FoodLemon’s quality, hygiene, safety, and data-protection guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend partners who violate these standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
FoodLemon acts as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by independent vendors.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
